No work can commence without receipt of this document.
You agree to complete the Claritea Questionnaire within 30 days of receipt. You agree to send selfies and portraits in that time frame to ensure the questionnaire is complete.
A trial portrait cannot be created without receipt of the questionnaire.
Should you wish to terminate the project upon receipt of the trial portrait, you'll receive a refund of your deposit, less $45 in administrative fees.
From date of receipt of your completed questionnaire, please allow 14 business days to receive your images. At the end of that time, you'll receive a collection of watermarked photos to select from. You agree to make your selections within 30 days of receipt.
You cannot receive your optimized and UNwatermarked brand images until your final selections and final payment of $175 are received.
